Controller
Constantin Razvan Gospodin Florea, Spain-licensed attorney, ICATF nº 5961, acting professionally under the public name International Legal Services (ILS Tenerife), is the controller for personal data processed through the professional contacts described on this website, insofar as he determines the purposes and means of that processing.

Purposes and legal bases
To answer an enquiry, understand its general nature and decide whether the requested professional service can be offered. The legal basis is the data subject's request for steps before entering into a contract where Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies.
If an engagement is accepted, data may be processed to perform the professional service and to comply with applicable legal and professional obligations. Depending on the operation, Articles 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR may apply.
They are not active in the current website build. If introduced later, they require a separate legal and technical review and, where consent is required, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR plus the applicable cookie/ePrivacy rules.
Data minimisation
The public website does not provide a general upload form. For an initial enquiry, do not send passports, NIE/TIE documents, criminal records, medical information, full case files or arbitrary attachments. If documentation is later needed, ILS will indicate an appropriate channel and the data actually required.
Categories of data
Contact details and the minimum information voluntarily provided to describe the enquiry. Additional case data is processed only if needed for the professional relationship or a legally required procedure.
Retention, recipients and transfers
Enquiry data is retained only for the time reasonably needed to answer and decide whether an engagement proceeds, and afterwards only where retention or blocking is necessary for applicable legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Client-file retention, if an engagement is accepted, follows the applicable legal and professional obligations.
Data is not sold. It may be disclosed to courts, public authorities, professional bodies, counterparties or service providers only where necessary for the requested service, a legal obligation or the accepted professional engagement, subject to applicable confidentiality and data-protection duties.
The current website build contains no analytics or marketing integration that creates an automatic international transfer. The final production hosting, email and any future processor must be documented before launch; where a transfer outside the EEA is involved, the applicable Chapter V GDPR mechanism and required information must be established before that processing is activated.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. When processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal.

ILS may request only the additional information reasonably necessary to verify identity; please do not send a complete identity document unless specifically requested and justified.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). aepd.es.
This website does not currently perform profiling or automated decision-making about visitors.
